Booking Procedure and Whats app group communication:

Should you decide you would like to join a future group, firstly you will need to decide on what future proposed trip you would like to join. Once you have decided on the future trip you would like to join, you would need to let us know and you would need to secure your place on that trip with a £300 deposit, after which you can book up to 9 months ahead of the start date, giving you this time to complete the safari fee. Your full payment for the selected trip needs to be paid in full 9 weeks prior to the start date, this is to ensure we have enough time to book the flights as well as secure your accommodation at all the destinations involved.

4 Weeks before the start of each trip, a Whats-app group will be established and given to all the members the participating in the trip, this will allow inter communication between all members as well as between ourselves and all participating members. Keeping everyone up to date with any developments concerning their safari trip. Share information between everyone participating, so that when the safari starts all members will already be familiar with all the participating members.

The following future dates are proposed for end 2026 : 8 Night Pilanesburg -Dates proposed indicated below, only 12 places available on upcoming trips, participating member names will be added when deposits are paid.

September 10th flight out - 11th to 18th Pilanesburg National Park -19th flight home.

Please be advised of the following regarding bookings and cancellations:

Securing your place:

£500 deposit, Balance to be paid in full 7 weeks prior to departure.

Once deposit is paid, your name gets added to that trip members list, and you receive your whats app group link to that safari group.

Cancellations:

Should you cancel at least 3 months before start date, giving us enough time to replace you, then you will receive a full refund minus £200 administration fees. However if you decide to cancel within 60 days or less from the start date, you will need to find a replacement for yourself, as if we can not replace you and the flight and accommodation has already been booked in your name and we may not be able to receive a refund from the airline or from the Lodges. We will attempt to find a replacement at short notice and offer a discount which will be deducted from your paid fee, but should it be impossible to replace you at such short notice, you will forfeit your paid fee. We will also possibly be able to move a future member to an earlier date to cover your trip, and move your booking to where they had booked at a future date. .
